Excel Caterers found a need to bridge this gap through the production
of our high quality dried mixed vegetables.
DRIED MIXED VEGETABLES
Dried vegetables retains more of it's nutrients than either frozen
or canned vegetables. With dried vegetables there is never any waste,
it doubles in size when soaked in water before use up to 6 to 10 times.
It has a very long shelve life an it is stored in cupboards.
